Place the unworn footwear in its original 3DM Lifestyle box, ensuring all dust bags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement pair will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
